Mini Surge Ref Sheet

Once I get the hang of drawing Pokémon more, I'm gonna try to make a full-er sheet for him. :U
But this is just for commissions/trades whatev'.

Personality; Intelligent, determined, sensitive, manipulative in a stubble way. Constantly losing his temper and/or lashing out because he builds up energy inside him so fast - this meaning, he is constantly stressed because he over-thinks things; makes problems in his head that didn't exist. He is very loyal and actually kind to those he knows - usually. He is very protective of his trainer.
Relationship with other Pokémon; Sure can seem rude at first, but will eventually warm up to others. Awkward around females (that he likes).
Other; The dogtags he wears also have his Pokémon ID number on the back. He sees Ash's Pikachu and Lt. Surge's Raichu as role models, in a way.
